Service Choices

While discussing your funeral arrangements, we will talk about the choices you can make regarding music and flowers for the service. These choices are yours to make and we will offer as much support as we can.

Music

Music, especially, can be a powerful tool to help you feel connected to your loved one and reminisce. Traditionally families choose three pieces of music to be played during a service for entering, exiting and a reflection period during. If your service is being held in a council building, like a crematorium, there are generally no restrictions in place regarding your music choices so you can really bring out the character of your loved one. If you chosen venue does have restrictions in place, we will work with you to ensure suitable music is selected.

Flowers

If you decide to have a floral tribute, we work with a number of local florists to create beautiful tributes fitting for your chosen service. These can be co-ordinated to suit a particular colour theme or incorporate a favourite flower or design. Traditionally a funeral tribute comes in the form of a wreath or a casket spray, however the choice is yours and we are happy to discuss all options with you, even if you decide you would like to arrange the flowers yourself.

Funeral transportation

Funeral transportation can really give you the opportunity to say goodbye to a loved one in a style that can create a lasting memory. We can offer the more traditional black hearse, with optional black limousines. Or, if more fitting to your loved one’s character, other options are available such as a horse drawn hearse, a motorcycle hearse or even a tank hearse.
